It's the old male fantasies of
a) seeing 2 women "perform" together and
b) the man thinking he can "turn" them back to "normal"

I once had a b/f with this obsession. I pointed out a lesbian neighbour who looked more like a man than he did and strangely, she didn't feature in his fantasies.
