Hi Kayakamina..I thought of airedale..but coudn't fit it in the clue...know I am slow at these...could you explain it please?

Pauline maybe I should have explained that Porter is a dark ale which was popular with London porters- hence the name. K

I had thought of Airedale,but like Pauline couldn't see the connection.As usual a wonderful answer Kayakamina,and so obvious once you've explained it,many thanks for that.Don't worry about intruding Pauline,the more the merrier I say! Any thoughts on whether Teacher should be our resident stand-up comedian lol?
Well gordonia..my brother is an Associate Head Teacher ...and he is definitely a stand up comedian, so there may be a connection somewhere?? Or are both careers closely linked!!??
