Try contacting all the TV production companies you can.... one of them may be making a new series of makeovers. Alternatively call C4 and tell them you've got a Roman Villa in your back garden - you may get a makeover from Time Team!

Most TV makeover shows require the people being 'done' to make a financial contribution towards the costs, I believe. So it'll be "cheaper" rather than "free".
