am going to the isle of man on 16th june and wondered if anyone could help me with the postage, i have googled and know that i must buy the islands stamps to post anything over to uk but what i'm wondering is how long does it take for a first class envelope from I.O.M. to get to the uk ? ie; i have to send an important letter to uk from i.o.m. and it's got to be there for 25th june , if i post it on the 20th june will it get to uk in time? i know this might sound a bit daft but i'm not sure, any help greatfully appreciated , thanks.

brilliant, thank you in a pickle (love your name !) the links you gave me are excellent, thanks again :-)

Hi allotment10

I live on the Isle of Man and our post is very quick. If you post a letter ( you will need to ask for a stamp "for across") it will cost 31p. Post it it the morning and it will most likely get there the following day, a day later at the latest. I use ebay a lot and am always being praised for my quick deliveries, so we must have a really swift postal system here.

Hope you have a lovely stay. The weather is absolutely marvellous at the moment!
