Many thanks - I would never have got the answers!

I enjoyed both of these clues in a slightly harder than normal puzzle (imo)

You're welcome, Vivian 🙂

Fleshy (that ok? - I'll not use it again if not!) - I learned something, to wit that 4d was an alternative name for that thing I've never been able to do 🤨

Fleshy's fine :)

Yes, I put 4D in with some trepidation because it's a phrase I haven't heard since I was in school in the 70s/80s when doing (or attempting) one was all the rage in the playground.

😊

I'm intrigued, may I ask what the clue and answer are?

Hi elliemay - I didn't use the answer in case the OP hadn't got that far yet, but the clue is -

'We're N.I.C.E. Health questionable? Exercise!' (9-5)

Thanks L-i K, I'd never heard of that as an exercise before!

🤸‍♂️😒

Looks painful!

Thinking back to my schooldays (easier said than done!),I've remembered that we used to call it a "cartwheel".

I think it's a setter's error, confusing the 4d with a type of exercise

I went with this definition (link shortened so the answer doesn't show) - https://tinyurl.com/mts4jrpd - No 3

I've seen / heard it used on gymnastics and yoga exercise tutorials.

Thanks - I hadn't heard it used in that context
