If you have filled in all the clued lights try anagramming some of youranswers as the preamble suggests.

making progress now and have filled in the whole grid. I have one pair of linked anagram squares reulting in a member of the group that is 5,5

As to the other group elsewhere the hints are to a 4 +8 letter word. there is only one member of the group with a 12 letter answer but if 11 A is the four letter word then i am struggling to see the 8 letter paired word

A down answer is the 4 letter word and the 8 letter one isn't far from it.
