Are you sure of the 'E' - what's the clue that provides it?

the clue that provides the 'E' is diving seabird that populates the Bass Rock and the answer is 'Gannet' so the las letter is definitely 'E'

Hi BigRed - well done, though I can only see it as a drinking salutation, but suppose it could work - "(To your) rosy health & wellbeing; cheers!" - though it being specifically Scots, I can't find.
