well the clock is not deaf but this was given to me by the RNID many years ago and it was great for getting me up for work, however as I was anxious this morning re my early MOT I didn't sleep well at all.

One thing is missing and that is the little (I think you call it transformer).

At the end of the vibrating pad it has a little pin but the hole in the clock is also a pin so of course won't go in.

Where would I go to get a wee "insert". Thanks

I think the correct word is a jack or terminal
Question Author
think also it is a female jack to the male in the clock
Not quite sure of the set up but sounds like you need an adaptor.

To connect male to male you would need a female/female connector I guess.

yes Dave - was looking at Amazon but there a few sizes and I definitely don't know the size of the males but they are very thin. It would be female I guess. I have it a long time just in the bedroom drawer and so the wee jack has been lost along the way.

Just wondered where I could bring it to a shop per se.

could be something like tis - but obviously size matters!
