Its a new Beta verison - you have the option to select "go to the old version" at the top of the page.
New site seems to work better in some browsers than others if using advanced search.

You have to follow the link above, click on search and close to top of page there is 'click here for older version'. It is the only way of getting the full search facility.
I have emailed them but to date no response. I have used this to set my quizzes for Buxton Mountain Rescue and found it extremely useful.
