Live report from Waterloo on the upgrade. Plenty of plant and workers, only one thing plant idle and men stood around and doing nothing. Apparently it's got to be finished in 3 weeks. Watch this space. Same as some of the motorway repairs. M6 j16-19. 17+ miles no one working at night. Minimul in the day.
