Abet - 'et' (Fr. [in Nancy] "and") with 'ab' (sailor; Jack, first)
AB - Jack/sailor
et - and inFrench
AB-sailor-jack
ET-French 'and'
French word (in Nancy) for 'and' is ET. Precede this with AB (Jack, sailor)
