I think the other 12 A might be Nothing/zip - but I haven't parsed it.

...I had to check that Nog is a snag, and Thin is the narrow referred to.
i couldn't find an definition link from snag to nog

Snag is the second definition under Nog, in Chambers. I suppose it/the word 'nog' is 'either side' of thin/narrow - No thin g.
