if you pressed 141 before 'dialing' a number on a mobile phone, would it show (or say, on a landline) number withheld on the receiving end like it would if dialled from a land line? Can you withhold a mobile number?

Each network has its own equivalent to BT's '141' number but you might need to experiment a bit to discover what it is.
