Shakespeare... Roate (Rate with 'o' for love inside)
Message... Depeche, message

2 Elench - 'el' (Sp. "the") + 'enc(losed)' + 'h(ard)'

https://www.wordnik.com/words/elench
...Spanish article - Elench, relating to argument. I can't parse it any further than 'el' for Spanish!
Question Author
The second one is ELENCH making the third one D__E_HE and I guess DEPECHE but can't quite figure out the definition
Depeche - Dep/department +ec/EC/city+he/gent.
Question Author
I can't find roate in a dictionary, I assume rate means some sort of delicacy.
Best explanation of the derivation of depeche I can do is: de=from in french department= pe? city= c and gent=he?
Question Author
I have found roate, a variant on rogate...

And relax - it's all over....
Roate is in Chambers. The delicacy is Roe, I think. I am not good at parsing!
