how do you know if that's good or bad, without knowing the total numbers of immigrants (and with a comparative figure for the natives too)?
Question Author
It matters not they are still disturbing figures, but judging by the lack of reponce it would seem that some would rather attack the party that is also concerned than address the problems?
As Jno has already pointed out, it's foolish to comment on these figures without the statistical context of population.
Perhaps the Daily Wail didn't include them because the facts didn't support their argument.
AOG,

The figures actually prove the opposite of what you think they say. The Poles are actually less likely to be criminal than other nationalities.

There are about 600,000 Poles living in the UK
And there are 100,000 Albanians.

So if there are six times as many Poles, you would expect there to be 6 times as many prisoners. But there aren't. There are not even 3 times as many, which means that Poles are twice as honest than Albanians.

Don't you mean half as liable to be criminals?

Didnt stop you resorting to name calling in the typical left liberal manner though did it zehul?
I'm ashamed to see Ireland so close to the top of that table.
AOG

It is the same thing?
sandyRoe they probably mixed with some bad un's when they got over here
True enough. If you lie down with dogs...

Can you please tell me where you resorted to 'name calling in the typical left liberal manner' in your post, because I can't find it.
I have read (and the cry is ) that foreign offenders are disproportionate to the population, but a felon is a felon is a felon.
That makes 12.9% of prisoners "foreign". I'll see if i can find the numbers in general population.
The census figures apply to the UK and not just Britain- so not completely accurate here, but gives 11.3% as foreigners in the UK.
So, allowing for Northern Ireland's difference and natural human variation, the proportion is fairly equal.
perhaps, aog, you are actually proving that the British get away with slightly more crimes? Or aren't jailed for them? Lol.

Now here are a couple of racist comments from two who are always condemning such things.

Not at all, both myself and the Daily Mail are only pointing out the number of foreign prisoners we have in our jails, which further proves that not everything is good about foreign immigration.

Perhaps the use of the word 'foolish', and the offensive name calling of the liberal left's most hated national newspaper?

If it has turned you into a racist, then may I suggest that you cease mixing with them, whoever they are?
