Sorry Nicat. I too don't know what is going on ,the website is showing puzzle No 27350 as you say but it is still showing the Herculis (although it is not yesterday's) and no Toughie.

No its not -yesterdays was 27385 - even I would have remembered yesterdays - I only realised it was from December when the clues began to seem familiar.

Nicat, just spoke to leader of customer care (what a misnomer) who informs that another team actually deals with the uploads.He has spoken to them and says site should be ok in 15 -20 minutes.

Its very odd. I printed off Cryptic 27386 and Toughie 1118 well before 8am this morning! Any chance you haven't cleared your temporary internet files?

I've been following this as well. My DT page has been updated to today in the last 5 mins.

As I said i spoke to them on the phone and hey were aware of the cockup.Don't know how you managed to print today's puzzles.

I trust that you all have had a 2 month refund. The website has been out of operation now since the 23rd November. The service has been pretty appalling and just producing PDFs is not enough. I think it's time to get in touch with the CEO of the Telegraph group again. If anyone is interested, his e-mail is [email protected].

Looks like they have got the site up and running again unfortunately. No more freebies for me!
