if it's the clue in that link i gave then:-

MIDWAY = at the centre

over with silly = dim reversed = MID
point = W - west
always = AY

The clue is "Over with silly point always at the centre". Well, a MAIDEN is a particular type of (cricket) over, and silly (= scrambled) it's MEDIAN, and the median is the point at the centre.
