Mailmerge Difficulties

I have clicked 'suppress blank lines' to try to remove the '0' that appears where an address line in my Data Source is empty, but it makes no difference. Does anyone know how to stop Mailmerge inserting zeroes where there's a blank field?

Also - I tried to connect as DDE to my Data Source to preserve currency formats, but the only option it offers is 'Entire Worksheet' whereas I have several tabs in my WorkBook and wish to select ONE of them. I cannot get Excel to show the list of tabs to select from - which it does when I connect to this data source without using 'Dynamic Data Exchange'
