I see that, but that ruins 13A. Having seen bust, go for a cold shower? (8) ?N?E?ING
I had that as SLEETING, but now all I can see is SNEEZING, and I can't justify it.

sorry sneezing
nagram of seen, followed by zing for go
Sneezing - snee (angram of seen) + Zing (go/energy)
A sneeze could be a shower of droplets when you have a cold
Sneezing - it's just an anagram of 'seen' and 'zing'/go, energy.
Are you sure that it ends in ING ?
forget that!
Your L seems to be wrong - I think it's aperient (i.e inside anagram of parent).
"ing" from cosmetIc surgeon; and son of a Gun
