Last one, 13A. Leave already wingless lark with no tail (5) I have s-a-a. Assuming these are correct, the only word I can come up with is "shama" which is a type of bird but cannot see the wordplay. The last "a" comes from the end of 3D cook singularly unknown square meal from India (7) which I am fairly sure is "dopiaza” from the letters and meaning, but again cannot see wordplay. Any help greatly appreciated.

Many thanks. Dopiaza I should have seen. Scapa as abbr. for scarper? Hmmm, though clearly correct answer, v. dubious word imho. :)
