I wonder if anyone on theanswerbank could help me please,I amm trying to get handwarmers to fit inside my gloves that last for about 8 hours, and you can just click them again and they warm straight back up again.

I had a stomache operation and the nerve has been cut in my stomach so my hands are permently cold.
I have tried Millets, and Sports Direct.com but to no avail.
I hope I am in the right place .

Thankyou for any help.

The only ones I've seen last about 20 mins, then have to be boiled so you can start again, 2 for a pound in a pound shop.
Bugger, it's a US site.
Amazon have them: Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
As Rocky says, they need regenerating before you can use them again and they only last for 45mins.
I have been told that the charcoal ones are very good and last quite a while.

Have found this, not quite what you're looking for, but could be plan B.

Great minds Rockyracoon!
I'm sorry that this is a 'non-answer' but I think that you seem to be seeking something that can't possibly exist. The laws of physics state that you can't create energy. Hand warmers convert chemical energy to heat energy. That chemical energy either comes from batteries (which then need to be replaced after giving up their energy) or from a direct chemical reaction (which either can't be reversed or, if it can, would require far more than a simple 'click' to provide the necessary amount of energy- e.g. you'd need to boil the hand warmers first).

This isn't exactly what you've asked for but it might still be of interest:

You had me confused there for a moment, Doddsredoubt!

You seem to have thanked people who asked the 'related questions' underneath this thread. Lots of us would love to have seen an answer here from Carlton23 but, sadly, he passed away at the end of last year :(
One other thing you might consider are electric gloves as worn by some bikers, including me. They require batteries but if you buy a charger and rechargeable batteries they are quite cheap to buy and run.
