No Calibax I did not miss your very clever answer was just i little doubtful as the extra clue given was Think of a Norfolk Delicacy !! so couldn't quite work out the connection , am I missing something ?

^I'd been puzzling over this for ages. It was your Norfolk clue that gave me the answer. Stiffkey is a village on the Norfolk coast where these particular blue cockles come from.

Sorry Calibax after much searching on google have found what Stiffkey Blues are
