FAO Mark Rae: I nearly always search to see if the question has previously been answered. I hate it when people don't put in the crossword title but put in something like "Last one" or "stuck on 236 across". Although I searched, neither of these appeared in my result. I still don't understand 19a. Thanks for the other one.
19a . looks like lunatic remand means anagram of remand + he hurt me.
