Made two seperate batches of lemon curd this morning, same recipe, cooked in microwave as usual - one lot set as normal, other batch very runny - how can I make it set? Would the additiuon of more butter and another minute in the oven do the trick? Thanks for ideas.

Try cornflour mixed with a little water and heat up in microwave
