6d Cool sign over railway carriage: new, reduced fare (6,3,5)

I have CHILLI CON CARNE but it appears to be the wrong answer. Never heard it spelled CHILLY CON CARNE. Anyone else?

you are right first time

cool = CHILL, sign = ICON, railway carriage = CAR, new reduced = NE(w)
cool...chill+ icon(sign) + car(carriage + ne(new reduced)
Chilli con carne Looks OK
Why do you think it might be "chilly"?
what gives you the Y?

Thanks...I did put in CHILLI and now I see it's the Brit spelling having looked it up. Yanks and Canucks spell it CHILI.
