Last two:

4d Breaking news: clever Dumpty's heading for wall (5,3) G?B?E ?N?

16d Emperor's refusal to cross one of Earth's extremes (8) ?A?O?G?N

Also would welcome some explanations as I can't get the reasons for these:

19d Train my sheep to graze at last (7) CORTÈGE. I see the def in train but sheep???

25a Say this is the day one appeared to reject spoiled work (5) BODGE. I thought bodge was a verb, and don't understand the word play at all.
