Paramedics Wages?

I have the greatest respect and admiration of all Paramedics in the U.K. for their professionalism and medical knowledge and the speed with which they regurlarly save lives. I hope they are on at least £500 per wk does anybody know if they are?

I would imagine that they are on that average wage and more. They run the risk of being sued you know, for doing things against a person's wishes, like giving blood to Jehovah's witnesses.

Are you sure about being sued, JohnnyBoy? I would have thought their employment contract would cover them in the situation you mention

Ambulance people are usually covered under their employers insurance - called vicarious liability

That's the link I used Eddie - all the national NHS payscales are on there. The private sector is very likely to pay more!
