13a Any plant such as the sunflower or Jerusalem artichoke? I have TOPINAMBUR but it doesn't fir the 2d clue which I understand is LIEGE. Any ideas?

TOPINAMBUR is definitely wron (so tippex out again!) as none of the down clues fit!!

Presumably you have already filled in your crossword solution because you seem to come up with the answers immediately, and I don't believe anyone is THAT knowledgable without resorting to either dictionaries, encyclopedias or the Internet?
Lots of people do lots of the crosswords, footie - some of us don't see any of them but we just like to help...
