I dont normally lurk here, as I am not sporty
but the tickers are showing that old Glazer the "owner" of Man U has died {RIP} and what I ask does this mean for the football club?

Nothing perhaps - he's really a company...

Google is certainly showing hits on this.
Can't see there being much in the way of change at Man U, unless the family decide to sell.
Which they won't Tony as (despite this season) Manchester United is their greatest asset
I've no doubt that they won't, Ric.ror, but hey who knows what the future holds.

The media said that the response from Manc was muted - but it is almost as quiet as the Grave.

Stateside, in the Land of the Free, it is much more in the line of:
Hey whadda guy ! He built up his father's (watch part firm I think) firm and made zillions of bucks. N you know what ? He was so modest you wouldnt know it. He was good for everyone (Irony intended) - he was good for his family, he was good for this country, and most of all he was good for himself, everyone without exception benefitted.....
