yeak - take 'em religiously....if you miss ANY, you are liable to get malaria. good luck on your travels x

I didn't take any more after the first one before I went to Ecuador. Took them (Methaloquine) with me.

Didn't get malaria but I was only in the risky areas for a short time. Just poisoned myself with heavy duty insecticide and e=kept well covered instead. Spent most of my time in the mountains.

most important thing is not to get bitten by mossies. Cover up especially at dusk. Sleep under a net if possible. Spray rooms.

off to thailand, cambodia, laos, vietnam, malaysia, hong kong, Austraila, fiji, hawaii, la and las vegas. big trip!

Just be careful. I've seen CSI, I know what they do female backpackers out there. One minute, you're in a bar, the next thing you know the dude from the Matrix is going through your bag and your body parts are scattered over a desert parking lot

i did have, but they are too bulky to bring along with me so im looking up places i would like to go and try and remember them lol. its either bring some books or bring an extra top and some more plasters.
