using googles translation tool, It means literally 'You Take The Backside'

Tu Prend meaning 'you take' and la derriere being french for your backside/bottom or whatever you want to call it.

Hello there ! Actually, the sentence doen't mean anything as it is. There must be a mistake somewhere. Are you sure this is the correct phrasing ? The word derri�re is masculine, so it would "le" derri�re ( it does mean backside, and also behind  ; tu "prends" takes an "s". But even with those corrections, it doesn't make sense...So if someone intended to be rude to you, that's a miss !

I think it means "you're kidding/taking the mickey"
