ACHING OR TIRED SKIN

Ever since I can remember I have had aching skin now and then which lasts for a short time and disappears. When I was a child I called it tired skin.

It can come anywhere and effects a small or larger area.

Does anybody else have this and if so what can you do to relieve it?
