i have to fill in a form and it says which are my best and worst characteristics ? if i spelt that wrong . what do they mean ? if im funny open sad ?? im a bit confused ?

They mean qualities that would be relevant to how you would perform in your job or in a relationship (depends on the nature of the form). Are you conscientious, dogged and determined or stubborn and obstinate? Are you optimistic and forward-thinking or are you a couldn't-care-less dreamer? Many characteristics can be good and bad, depending on the circumstances, it depends on how far you let them govern your actions.
At the moment I'd say you're (good) willing to accept help from others and innovative in your choice of sources (i.e you asked on AB), but on the other hand maybe you're (bad) a bit indecisive or easliy confused (i.e. you had to ask on AB).
Whatever you decide to put down, be prepared for someone to ask you for examples of a) how you've used your good qualities and b) how you've overcome or avoided your faults.
