I'd say prell (to rhyme with hell) yude
Prellyood and preelyood are both acceptable, according to The Oxford English Dictionary. Neither offers praylyood.
Having had another look at the dictionary entry, I should have added above that preelood - without the y sound - is also OK.
My first pronunciation, as with Dzug's, is the main one used in British English. The praylood one you suggest would be standard in French, I imagine.
