Reading a lot of abuse towards trolls here from normally sane users.
Seems theyve been totally sucked in by someone from facebook according to the heap of posts this morning and afternoon.

Welll ive had my share from johnny rotten , another facebookwer.
Apparently.
Seems theres a lot of nastinesss eminating from there and back to here.
Why cant folk just leave it?
What pleasure do they get out of it?

All seems really stupid to me .
And i thinbk a lot of folk should know better.

It seems its been like a feeding frenzy accusing anyone who springs to mind.
Which has gone on and on and on and on.
I really dont see the point or fascination.
But now im in the wrong it would appear for saying forget it , move on , and lets not waste cb with complaints about users on other sites .

posts have been zapped at a ferocious rate today, I have not trawled through them, however I have been on facebook and there is nothing there that would suggest any hostile intentions to this site.

I think the latest batch of trolls are not particularly nice but seem to be only here for attention rather than as a result of the facebook site.

The way it happened was a troll from AB had invited people as friends on FB without them knowing he was an AB troll

Therefore it came from AB not FB.

Cazz, I don't have many people on my FB as friends. Lung Cancer insinuated that I 'know' him, when I pressed for further information, he said that I am the person I played with wen I was 5 in 1983.

Nobody here would know my DOB unless they are a contact of mine on FB and there's only 1 person I have that likes to lark about the site, so I told Weeal this information who told me what his other username is, which I was unaware of.

Fact is that most users on the facebook chatterbankers thingy weer obviously cbers first.
So they went from here to there obviously.Then like 3ighty and others travel back and forth carrying tales of this and that.
Perhaps if there was less posted on here about fb /yoville then there wouldnt be such a cross contamination of both sites .

But then im sure that wont happen and the troll nonsense will continue.It has been everytime i looked on here from 9.45 this morning with 4gs post and`then a frenzy of emails etc to and fro.
Really seems thetrolls are pulling peoples strings like puppets .
Silly to give them such control.
Im happy here as i am , tho i do see the old divisions over not what users say but who says it and about whom.
Some things never change heer and the trolls exploit that weakness in users on cb.

Well, with or without Facebook, this site always had and will always have trolls, so facebook really doesnt come into the matter.

You said it was stemming from there - it isnt.

Facebook users like it, so you cant really knock it.
