i heard someone say this the other day and i was just wondering what it means. it's the first i heard of it and i dont have a clue!

its sounds like a mad woman too me! I suppose it depends on what context it was said in also.
As Chanone says, some context is necessary. However, I suspect that a word ot two in front of the phrase 'riot woman' is all that is necessary to make sense of it. If you Google it, you will find the following...
a. race riot woman
b. Redfern riot woman
c. City riot woman
These meant a) a woman involved in a race riot...b) a woman involved in a riot in Redfern, a place in Australia ...and c) a woman involved in a riot in the City district of London.
Perhaps the first word you heard was "right" sort of pronounced as two syllables. What the person said was actually the "right woman"'

sorry i should have said wot the sentence was. it was my niece talking about her little baby cousin and how she throws tantrums and such and she said she's a 'riot woman' but i think she's heard this from somewhere lol its new to me tho :)
