Balcony will be first floor and upwards and terrace would be ground floor or perhaps even top floor roof terrace.

Cheers for that jocky think have got the jest of it now am I right in saying that the terrace will be 2 more (ie either the ground floor or even the top floor roof terrace) if so me an me g/f have a bit of a prob here, I would love to have a roof terrace or top floor, but dont want to be on the ground floor, but she is scared of heights so we have to comprimise here.Suppose we will have to go to middle floor as she feels safe there and we get fairly good views (but there is one + on that saves 2 a night) I assumme
Anyway arsenal are beating bolton 1-0 at the moment so will go now adious.......
