SW means Steve Wright. If you listen to Steve's shows he tends to read out a lot of 'Love the show' messages. Therefore SWs = love the show.

To embelish Richad's answer a bit, Sarah used to get loads of letters saying 'Love the show' and she said 'It sounds a bit like Steve Wrights show'. From then on people just started putting "SW's".
