I work with a girl from Stockport and she has usedthe following phrases that bewilder me as I have never heard of them. They are...

Percy Filth
Selfish Stanley

Does anyone know of any more genuine phrases like this I can surprise her with?

Can't help you, but the only one I have ever heard was "Percy Filth", in the old sit-com "The lovers". I believe that was set in or around Manchester, so maybe it existed before that series.
a Roundhead can mean someone who has been circumcised as opposed to cavalier who has not.
Hiya Postday - yes I remember Percy Filth from 'The Lovers'.
In what context does she use 'Ronny Roundhead'? I too remember the old T.V. series 'The Lovers'. I remember one time the guy in it getting all amorous and the girl saying, "I'm goin' t'ave an orange." Which the guy mimmicked to good effect.

She says Ronnie Roundhead is someone with a big round fat face. Happily she doesn't use it when refering to me!
The only other names used as a phrase I can come up with are "Billy No-Mates" and "'(H)Arry Flatters" - the latter meaning out of money, broke - as in 'flat broke'.
We use Larry the Loner down here, but my friend in reading says that they say Larry Lightweight!
Usage: "Look at him sitting over there, like a total Larry."
Also: Norman No-mates =P
