Although I could be wrong, I was once you know.

'et tu Brute' was indeed said by julius caesar - am i right in thinking that it was when he realised that he had been betrayed?
The translation, i believe, is 'and you, Brutus?' and was said to portray his disbelief that Brutus was a part in his downfall, and that he had been backstabbed.

am i way off my trolley? or is that fairly accurate.
