Williams Shakespear once said that there was no science to know what a man's thoughts are.

This saying was also used by a popular english judge. Does anyone know exactly which english judge it was and the exact quotation or the case in which it was used?

"There's no art to find the mind's construction in the face" is almost certainly the quote...not sure about the judge etc.
