Lady Runners

Passed about 15 lady runners in the park last night - looked at about 10 of them who were huffing and puffing and holding their mobile phones in their hands like grim's death. My God can they not release themselves from the beast.

They probably have a fitness app on it.

Their phones are mini computers and may be telling them about their speed and distance travelled - heart-rate too. It can be loaded onto a computer and their run can be shown on a map.

My husband runs and he uses his phone with a running app on it to record his time and outputs.

He then compares his runs and tries to better it each time.
