I have found the word Hoppet in a sales notice (19c?)following the main item i.e Farmhouse , Hoppet , Orchard ,40 acres . This from East Hertfordshire . I have suggestions of an open sided barn but this seems to me less important than the orchard . Please help . Thankyou

Thankyou Buenchico ,I thought I had enough dictionaries but the definition still doesnt sound like a great selling point

To use the internet as a dictionary just type 'def' after any word into Google, e.g. hoppet def
