were they characters in Lord of the Rings???
According to an urban dictionary website

Nang is slang for cool/good/wicked
Flob is slang for spit

Sneegle doesn't appear but smeegle does
Someone who is a hard drug/sex addict and craves drugs or sex

'Flob' means to move heavily or clumsily, according to The Oxford English Dictionary, so it at least is what might be called a 'proper' word rather than just urban slang.

nang=cool; see here - it was a schoolgirl's name

i had to take my Oxford English Dictionary back for  full refund because it was the German version.
Flob being in the OED is probably the most widely used of the three terms. It is probably more often used in the sense 'to throw'.
On a question I recently asked a flibble is one tenth of a flobble in Bongloian or somethings currency so maybe a Flob is slang for a Flobble. See question flibble for more information.
'Flob' meaning 'to throw' must, I suspect, be very local, Firefly, as TOED does not even offer that as a possible meaning.
I always understood that flob was a cross between gob (as in mouth) and phlegm and did indeed mean spit.

as a child i always understood flob to mean spit.

Nang i believe is a more recent import from the bangladeshi community in east london - and means good

never heard of a sneegle
