My hubby is uxorious (foolishly fond of his wife!)  From the latin for wife (UXOR).

Does anyone know if there is a female equivalent to this word that could describe a wife who is foolishly fond of her husband please?

Many, many thanks kempie, I really appreciate it.  I've been wondering about this for ages!
Roget's Thesaurus offers 'wifely' or 'doting'.
