Dave.
Well I have had two lovely days working in the garden, not a drop of rain. :)

Yesterday they predicted two or three reasonable days over the weekend then no more nice weather at all and possible snow in October this year with a very hard Winter ahead. They are just PATHETIC, shouldn't be paid!
The only thing Indian related thing I'm expecting is more monsoon. :(

Haha must remember that one Douglas!
I believe it .It's been a glorious day here in Norfolk .In fact we've had a good summer here considering how wet other parts of the Uk have been . We were dubbed "no grow Norfolk "earlier in the year because it's been so dry .It's nice to live on the edge of the world .We avoid a lot of what they get inland .
According to Accuweather who are pretty good at forecasting we're going to have wall to wall sunshine for a while yet and I intend to make the most of it :)
Yep, just looked at the weather forecast - over 20 degrees all over the weeknd, sunny and dry, and even hotter for next week - fingers crossed!
Come to the North-East,we haven't even had an English Summer yet.!
I've just watered the garden, everything is really dry and falling over!

On todays news - just the opposite!

Is that Indian as in India Indian or India as in American Red Indian? I have often wondered (idly of course, I haven't done anything about it).
I heard of snow in october.
It's Indian as in native American. Didn't we used to call it St Lukes Summer?
-- answer removed --
There could be snow towards the end of October in the highlands of Scotland. Then they wouldn't be entirely wrong
