What statutory obligations does a parish council in England have to comply with (in terms of public notice, time-scale etc.) with when calling an extraordinary meeting?

Most extraordinary meetings need as much time as it takes to get a quorum together to pass an urgent resolution.
See the attached - para 1.3.3 is where the process for extraordinary meetings begins (top of page 28). It says "3 days' notice".
