Forget all the different advice about how much you should drink.

The answer is ... when you have clear wii, you have flushed out your impurities.

You have to do this every day.

There will be a check later to make sure everyone has clear wii.

(ladies ... check afterwards, and make sure the water has not become coloured in any way)
