NOT.
Call Directions or what ever they are called have really rubbed me up the wrong way this morning. They don't listen to a word that you say! I told them that I've had a quote for £600 on my car insurance which they 'will not' beat and still they argue and say that *random company* can beat that price.... No they can't because they are *******.

Yeah well I'm paying the price for the crime, even 4+ years after. I don't mind though, it will all change in April. I'm looking at insuring with a company that only takes claims of 3 or less years into consideration. By then I won't need to disclose my DR10 nor will I have any claims + I have 3yrs NCB. Until then my car will be SORN and I will make do with my bike. Eddie getting insurance is easy after a DR10 it's just not so easy to get insurance at low price and be able to drive other vehicles third party (vehicles not owned by myself) - which is what I have now.

I pay £350 for me and my partner...fully comp. That's with not having any no claims bonus.

Not to insurance companies who say "have you had any convictions in the past 5 years" you don't. It does however stay on your driving licence for 10 years.

Same goes for applying for a Personal Licence. The chief constable at Rotherham police station wrote to the council saying that he feels I am not safe to be authorising the sale of alcohol due to my previous conviction. They set up a hearing but I couldn't be bothered to go so I just sent in a well worded letter explaining what happened on the night I was 'arrested' for being OPL. They wrote to me a few days later telling me my application had been accepted - bobs your uncle, fanies your....
