Which do you think is best, roll on or spray deodorant? I'm sick of getting white marks on my clothes, even from the deodorant that say "no white marks"! Would a roll on work all day? I find that the spray discolour my clothes under the arms too - would a roll on prevent this?

Roll on for me - I have asthma, so a spray is a no-no.

But you need an anti-perspirant, not a deodorant. The clothes staining is a real problem that I haven' t been able to satisfactorily solve.
stick deodorants might do - I use Mitchum, which lasts for 2 days (if you need it to). On the other hand it's started giving me rashes - but that's just me, needn't affect others. And no marks on my clothes.
I use a roll on, I find sprays wayyyy too cold, and if you've just shaved....ouchy!

I've never noticed any discolouration on my clothes either.
Dove Invisible dry white, anti-perspirant and deodorant. This is great, it doesn't even mark on black clothes.
